After serving in a variety of roles/industries primarily in HR, I now support organizations as they strengthen their leadership capabilities and talent practices.

As a neuroscientist and author, I’ve spent 25 years studying how stress affects our mental health -- something which has a direct impact on our professional growth and wellbeing. As a certified executive coach, I help executives and leaders learn to manage their workplace stress and overwhelm in terms time management and burnout, business processes, and personnel issues.
